How do I change a shortcut's icon?

SiteLauncher includes a custom icon feature, but it's not enabled by default. To enable the feature:

1) Go to SiteLauncher Management -> More

2) Check "Custom Icons" under "Enable More Features"

Once the feature is enabled, clicking a shortcut in the Manage Shortcuts screen will show the new "Change Icon" button.
