Yes, to configure the Launcher to be usable fully with the mouse:
1) Go to SiteLauncher -> Options -> More, and make sure "Mouse Support" is checked.
2) Add the Launcher button to your toolbar - see instructions at http://www.donesmart.com/sitelauncher/blog/how_to_add_launcher_toolbar_button
